Álvaro Rojo Quintana

Álvaro Rojo Quintana has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-1). After preparing to become a judge, which gave him an exceptional imprint and a working method of extraordinary discipline, he studied Criminal Procedural Practice in the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid.

 

Since then, while practicing the law, he has continued to train, specialize and got certified in Economic Criminal Law and Corporate Compliance. The completion of Postgraduate studies in Compliance, by Carlos III University of Madrid in collaboration with Pompeu Fabra University and the prestigious KPMG, as well as obtaining Compliance Certificate (CESCOM) granted by the Spanish Compliance Association, internationally approved by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA), serve as an indication of the active and responsible character with which this lawyer approaches the exercise of his profession.

 

Over the past few years he has served the Criminal Law Department of prestigious law firms in Madrid, with which he still collaborates in the field of criminal litigation. And, from his intense activity in corporate legal advice, he has also led the development and implementation of successful compliance programs in the gas market, press and audiovisual production, transportation…

 

Thanks to his international education and training, he is bilingual in both English and French, which has enabled him to skillfully work in cases of international transcendence.
